Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Programs

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services, all program fees are generally non-refundable once your registration has been confirmed and access to the program has been provided.

2. Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future workshop, subject to availability and our approval.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, including PDFs, worksheets, templates, recordings, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Program Cancellation by Neural Matrix

If a coaching program or workshop is cancelled by Neural Matrix, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer their registration to another available program or batch.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
